1. About Atelier Chiaar Events
Atelier Chiaar Events provides custom and semi-custom event stationery and event details for weddings, private celebrations, brands and events.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, designs, graphics, logos and concepts, belongs to Chiaar Events unless otherwise stated.
The content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that all information is always complete or error-free.
3. Products & personalised orders
Our products may be personalised with names, dates, colours, wording or other information provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for checking all personalisation details before approving a digital proof. Once approved, production can begin and changes may result in additional costs.
Because personalised products are made specifically for the customer, they may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where the applicable legal exception applies.
4. Custom design
Custom projects are subject to a separate quotation and our custom design terms.
All designs remain the intellectual property of Chiaar Events unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Prices & availability
All prices shown on the website include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Product availability, pricing and production times may change without prior notice. Any confirmed order will be completed according to the price and terms agreed at the time of purchase.
6. Liability
Atelier Chiaar Events cannot be held responsible for delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including supplier, production or delivery delays.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
7. Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable Dutch law.
